A user on one of the forums I regularly post on re-posted The Political Compass, which is a cool way to find out where you stand beyond the outdated, one-dimensional categories of "right" and "left".  It takes three to five minutes, and each question you are asked to choose your response that best describes your feelings (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Agree, or Strongly Agree).

I took the quiz last October before the election, and since I was bored I decided to take it again.  I know that my stances haven't changed on any issues since then, but apparently I strongly agreed or disagreed with a few more questions, instead of merely agreeing or disagreeing.  I've moved further to the "right"!  Kind of funny considering that I grew up in a completely liberal/democratic household.  Wait until I tell my father!
